Seven arrested in Hannibal felony drug arrest

HANNIBAL, Mo. (WGEM) -- Seven people were arrested Monday in the second largest multiple felony drug arrest within a month in the Hannibal area.

The Hannibal Police Department made seven arrests following a search in the 700 block of Center. An off-duty officer says he noticed suspicous activity near the residence and called for addtional officers to investigate.

Officers say they were granted consent to search the residence where they found numerous items of drug paraphanlia and controlled substances believed to be methamphetamine and mairjuana.

Officers say they also located a sawed off shotgun in a vehicle that was parked at the residence, along with items and equipment in the garage that are commonly used in making meth.

The following suspects were arrested, along with their individual charges.

  • Regina M Young, 39, of Hannibal for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Manufacture/Delivery of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, all felonies.
  • Roberta M. Brown, 41, of Hannibal for Manufacture/Delivery of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia both felonies and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (misdemeanor).
  • Adam Michael T. McCloud, 24, of Hannibal for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Interfere/Resist Arrest and Endangering the Welfare of a Child all felonies.
  • Brian G Walls, 39, of Hannibal for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Endangering the Welfare of a Child all felonies.
  • Corey G. Parker, 21, of Hannibal for Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Endangering the Welfare of a Child all felonies.
  • Jason L McCullough, 30 of Hannibal for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Endangering the Welfare of a Child all felonies.
  • Dustin W. Rice, 20, of Monroe City for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Endangering the Welfare of a Child all felonies.

Each suspect was taken to the Hannibal Police Department, then lodged in the Marion County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
