QUINCY, Ill. (WGEM) -- Crews at Quincy's ADM riverfront facility had to clean up some 130 gallons of soybean oil Monday. Jeff Gibbs with the Army Corps of Engineers says the oil was dumped into the Mississippi River Monday morning when a hose broke, while workers were loading a barge. Gibbs says the soybean oil is not a biohazard and posed no harm to the river.
