QUINCY, Ill. (WGEM) --- Many people got a solid start on their holiday shopping today at the 41st annual Quincy Service League Gift Show.
The popular fundraiser included 118 booths selling everything from jewelry and dolls to Christmas decorations. Last year the show raised around 20 thousand dollars for the service league to give back to the community.
"This craft show helps fund all of our service projects that we do throughout the year and it also funds our $4,000 worth of scholarships for traditional and non-traditional college students," said Jamie Scholz, Holiday Gift Show Chair.
Around 4,000 people attended the holiday gift show this year, and they hope to have raised even more money this year than in the past.
