CANTON, Mo. (WGEM) -- A Canton man died from injuries he suffered in a one car crash Thursday morning.
The Missouri Highway Patrol says 22-year-old Chase Shaw ran off the road at the intersection of Oak and Monticello streets in Canton causing a utility pole and power lines to come crashing down.
Shaw died at Blessing Hospital later that afternoon.
The highway patrol says he was not wearing a seatbealt.
