Associated Press - December 5, 2009 8:34 AM ET

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (AP) - Jame and Michelle Outman thought their family was complete before Michelle got the feeling that God had more in store for them.

That led the Cape Girardeau couple to adopt 5-month-old twin boys from Ethiopia four months ago, and now they say the don't know what they would do without the youngsters.

Phelix and Phisher are 9 months old and join the Outmans' other sons, 12-year-old Parker and 10-year-old Paeton.

Before going to Africa for 10 days to pick the babies up, the older boys sold bears from their Build-A-Bear collection to raise $1,000 for the Ethiopian orphanage, which they delivered by hand.

Michelle Outman says that trip showed their whole family how much that have to feel grateful for in their lives.
