Inmate at Marion County jail charged with having drugs behind bars

MARION COUNTY, Mo. (WGEM) -- An inmate at the Marion County jail has been charged for possessing marijuana while behind bars.

An investigation by the Marion County Sheriff's Department found that on or around March 4, Jaymee Sue Fogle had marijuana in her possession while incarcerated at the county jail.

Fogle is set to appear on the new charges on March 23.

She faces up to seven years in prison for the new charges.
