(WGEM) -- Funeral arrangements have been set for the young girl killed in a Monday morning fatal hit and run outside of Hamilton.
Funeral services for 6-year-old Emina Smajlovic are scheduled for Thursday at 11 a.m. at DeJong Funeral Home in Keokuk. The burial will be at 1 p.m. at Oakland Cemetery, also in Keokuk.
Gary Mason, the Iowa man charged with Leaving the Scene of a Fatal Accident in the case, faces a preliminary hearing Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Hancock County Courthouse in Carthage.
