A nine day 520 mile bike ride is helping raise money for an international organization that provides prosthetic and orthotic care.
Greg Krupa with The Range of Motion Project or ROMP is bicycling from Kansas City to Chicago to help raise money and awareness.
The Range of Motion project provides prosthetic and orthotic limbs for amputees in developing countries..
Krupa says the goal of the organization is to improve the quality of life for amputees around the world.
"Basically I'd just like to raise awareness and help people recognize that in most parts of the world access to care is not available and the level of care is much much lower if it is available ."
Krupa's goal is to raise $10,000 for ROMP.
