How to Operate WGEM Desktop Alert

WGEM Desktop Alert has three (3) modes of operation.

1) Minimized, where the WGEM icon is displayed on your desktop with the current temperature.

2) Slimline, where you view the latest weather conditions and access four (4) links to more news and weather information within the Full Mode.
3) Full Mode, where you have access to 5 different content areas, including Storm Tracking and Severe Weather.
 

In all modes, the WGEM icon is displayed in your desktop system tray, ready to be accessed at your command.
