QUINCY, Ill. (WGEM) -- The Madness has started to spread...the NCAA Basketball Tournament is pulling people in.
From basketball geniuses to the casual fans to the roundball curious, the beginning to the NCAA tournament brought in the crowds to Quincy's Buffalo Wind Wings.
Heartache and joy were both evident as upsets took their toll today on those who filled out brackets.
The FBI estimates more than three billion dollars will be wagered on the NCAA tournament, although betting on professional and amateur sports is illegal outside of Las Vegas.
Most of that is done in office pools.
