WGEM.com: Quincy News, Weather, Sports, and RadioVolunteers needed for Washington Theatre work day

QUINICY, Ill. (WGEM) -- You can help restore history in downtown Quincy this weekend.

The Washington Theatre Commission is looking for volunteers for a work day Saturday.

It starts at 10 a.m. at the theater on Hampshire Street, across the street from Washington Park.

Regardless of your construction experience. you are invited to come help restore the historic structure.

Just bring some gloves, brooms, ladders, hammers, cordless tools and box fans if you've got them.
