QUINCY, Ill. (WGEM) -- A police informant and a drug dog help take down a suspected meth maker in Quincy.
Jared Gallamore, 31, reportedly made a deal with a confidential source to exchange pseudoephedrine pills for meth or cash.
The West Central Illinois Task Force arrested Gallamore after a short foot chase near 12th and Washington.
Quincy police K-9 "Kilo" then alerted on the suspect's vehicle, and agents reportedly found a black backpack containing items used to make meth.
Gallamore faces several meth charges.
