Hannibal man arrested after exposing self to teenager


HANNIBAL, Mo. (WGEM) -- A rural Hannibal man was arrested on charges of sexual misconduct after exposing himself to a teenage jogger.

The Hannibal Police Department says it arrested a 33-year-old Joshua Miller after a teen said she was being followed while jogging near Veterans Road by a man in a truck around 5 p.m. Tuesday.

The teenager told police she later saw the man standing naked on the side of the road.

After a search of the area, Miller was taken into custody in the area of Sherwood Estates.

Sexual Misconduct is a Class B misdemeanor punishable with up to 6 months confinement in the County Jail or fine of up to $500 or a combination of fine and Jail sentence within that range.
