Hundreds of people walked to improve their health, while raising money for a good cause.
The annual Heart Walk kicked off Saturday morning at Hannibal Regional Hospital. The walk is a fundraiser for life saving research and education.
Another goal of the walk is to educate people about the risk factors cardiovascular diseases and strokes.
The event raised over $7,000.
