Louisiana Standoff Ends Peacefully

Louisiana, MO (WGEM) -- A standoff this evening with an armed man in Louisiana, Missouri ends peacefully.
   Police were called to a residence on Martella Drive after reports of a man with a gun just after 5 P.M.
   Authorities say the man surrendered after police surrounded the home.
   The man is under observation at a hospital, but has not been formally charged.
