McDonough District Hospital Tevar run/walk is Saturday

MACOMB, Ill. (WGEM) -

McDonough District Hospital is hosting its annual Tevar run/walk Saturday beginning at 8 a.m.

The race begins at The Old Dairy at 210 S. Lafayette St. Registration begins at 7 a.m. and cost $25.

Pets are not allowed with walkers or runners in the race. Age groups are broken down to the following divisions: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-60, and 65 & over.

The event is part of Macomb Area Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Development Corporation activities in support of October Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
