The Blessing-Rieman College of Nursing hosted the 24th annual Teddy Bear Clinic in Blessing Hospital Sunday afternoon.
The goal of the event is for kids go grow more comfortable with hospitals and doctors. To do this, kids brought in a stuffed animal and had doctors give it shots, bandages, and take its weight.
The Clinic also added new features on how to eat healthy, the importance of exercising, and how to brush your teeth correctly.
Coming up on WGEM News at Ten, find out how kids aren't the only one's learning how to live a healthy lifestyle, and how one mom said this event has helped her son.
