Two arrested for meth charges

QUINCY, Ill. (WGEM) -

Two Quincy women are now in jail after being arrested for meth possession.

On Thursday, October 25th, agents with the West Central Illinois Task Force and Deputies with the Adams County Sheriffs Office served a search warrant at 1421 Lisa Drive. 

The search resulted in the seizure of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and pseudoephedrine packaging. 

Residents Bonny G. Blackorby, 54 and Renee L. Cook, 45 were both arrested for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine Precursors. 

Blackorby and Cook are lodged at the Adams County Jail.
