Quincy teen arrested for hit and run accidents early Friday morning

QUINCY, Ill. (WGEM) -

A Quincy teenager is arrested for a string of hit and run accidents early Friday morning.

Damien Baughman, 17, is facing several charges including aggravated DUI, battery to a peace officer, and leaving the scene of an accident.

Police say around 5:15 a.m., they found several parked cars in the area of 15th and Jefferson to 9th and Payson that had been hit.

An investigation led to Baughman, who police say had been driving a silver SUV.
