New judge requested in case of Liberty motorcycle club shooting


The man charged with shooting two people at a Liberty motorcycle club was back in court Wednesday

A motion was approved to appoint a new judge in the case of 41-year-old Michaelangelo Gomez. He is charged with attempted murder and aggravated battery with a firearm among other counts.

Gomez was arrested on October 29 after authorities responded to the Percenters MC Motorcycle Club and found two men wounded by gunfire.
