Quincy Mayor John Spring is expected to formally announce on Monday that he will seek a third term as Mayor.
Spring will host a news conference Monday at 9:30 a.m. at Washington Park.
Spring has held the position since 2005. He is one of four people to pick up petitions to run for Mayor, including Kyle Moore, a Quincy alderman, Steve McQueen, a former Quincy Tea Party leader, Reggie Coleman, a John Wood Community College Trustee and Roger Davis, a Quincy resident.
