Some less fortunate kids will get Christmas presents this year thanks to some local volunteers.
Kids and adults alike dropped off toys to support Toys for Tots as they left Walmart in Quincy on Saturday

"It helps out the less fortunate people in town and in the area. Not everybody is as fortunate as I am or the other people that participate and it is just a way to help give back and ensure that every kid gets a toy for Christmas and it is the main idea of what Christmas is about," said Keith Gerhardt who collected today's today.
Volunteers will be collecting toys again on Monday night at Walmart.
