One person suffers minor injuries in accident near 36th and Ellington in Quincy

QUINCY, Ill. (WGEM) -

One person took themselves to the hospital with minor injuries following a two vehicle accident on 36th Street and Ellington in Quincy.

The Adams County Sheriff's Office says that a car pulled out in front of a truck hauling a trailer around 4:40 p.m. Friday, causing the truck to swerve. The truck overturned off the roadway.

The driver of the car was taken by personal vehicle to Blessing Hospital. The driver of the truck was not injured.
