Quincy police pull over backhoe, leads to drug arrest

QUINCY, Ill. (WGEM) -

Quincy police pulled over a backhoe early Sunday morning and reportedly found items used to make meth inside.

Officers stopped 49-year-old Williams Minor around 2 a.m. Sunday near 9th and College for not have a slow moving vehicle emblem and failure to signal.

Minor also allegedly did not have a valid drivers license.

Authorities say Minor had meth and other drug paraphernalia and officers reportedly found items used to make meth in the backhoe.
