The Adams County Coroner's Office has released the autopsy results of a woman found dead in the rubble of a Quincy fire.

The autopsy results of Nancy Streitmatter indicate that her death was the result of a head injury.

Streitmatter's remains were found Oct. 8 during the investigation of a fire at the Salvage Lumber building at 219 Oak.

"The investigation into Ms. Streitmatter's death continues with all possibilities being examined from homicide to accidental death," Lt. Jason Simmons said in a Friday statement.
