The Hannibal Fire Department says it responded to a house fire in the 1800 block of Ruby Street at 5:52 a.m. Saturday.
The first crews on scene reported fire coming out of the front window of the home. While crews were able to put out the main body of the fire within minutes of arrival, the home suffered heavy fire and water damage in three rooms, and smoke and heat damage throughout the entire home.
Crews remained on scene until just before 9 a.m. No one was at home when fire crews arrived and no injures were reported.
