Hannibal Regional Hospital has announced the birth of the first baby of 2013.

Gabriela Nicole was born to Courtney Wooldridge and Valerio Favian at 9:33 a.m. New Year's Day.

She weighed 8 pounds and 7 ounces and was 21 inches long.

Gabriela and her family get a special prize package with gifts from more than a dozen organizations and businesses.

And celebrating her birthday gets even easier for this family, Gabriela's mother was also born on New Year's Day.
