Chicago Man Arrested for Bringing a Gun to a Nightclub

QUINCY, Ill. (WGEM) -

A Chicago man is behind bars in Quincy after police say he brought a handgun into a nightclub.

Quincy police arrested Brandon Head, 23, after receiving a call just before 2 a.m. Sunday about a person with a gun at the Phoenix nightclub.

Officers said Head did have a handgun when they arrived, but no valid FOID card.

Head was taken to the Adams County Jail.
