LA JOLLA, Ca. (WGEM) -- Up until Monday's finish to the fog-delayed Farmers Insurance Open, Luke Guthrie had yet to have an over-par round all weekend.
Guthrie finished his final round with a 3-over 75, 5-under overall, and tied for 21st place at Torrey Pines, nine strokes behind champion Tiger Woods.
Thanks to the suspension of play Sunday evening due to darkness, the Quincy native played 10 holes Monday which included six pars, a birdie, two bogeys, and a double bogey.
He pocketed $61,000 and has now earned $96,728 over the last two weeks.
Guthrie now moves on to the Waste Management Phoenix Open at TPC Scottsdale which begins on Thursday.
