A Colchester woman turned herself in Monday, after being accused of selling drugs near West Prairie Elementary School, McDonough County Sheriff Rick VanBrooker said in a news release.
VanBrooker said 21-year-old Amber Phelps is charged with delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school or daycare.
Phelps is accused of selling prescription pain medication and other drugs.
The sheriff says a warrant had been issued for her arrest. He also says more arrests in relation to this case are possible.
