Hannibal man pleads not guilty to criminal sex charges
NEW LONDON, Mo. (WGEM) -
A rural Hannibal man plead not guilty to several charges stemming from the alleged rape of a 12-year-old girl in December of 2011.
Richard Hubbard appeared for arraignment Tuesday in a Ralls County courtroom where he plead not guilty to four felony charges and one misdemeanor charge. Those charges include sexual assault, sexual abuse, forcible rape, felonious restraint and 2nd degree child molestation.
The next court date for Hubbard is scheduled for March 5.
