MONTICELLO, Mo. (WGEM) -
Three suspects have been arrested in Northeast Missouri for stealing nearly $40,000 in farm equipment and selling it for scrap.
Ryan Gooding, of Monroe City, Joseph Worrell, of Hannibal and Ida Worrell, of Hannibal, are all charged with theft.
The Lewis County Sheriff's Office says a large amount of livestock feeders and watering systems were stolen from a rural Monticello farm in December.
Authorities say the suspects sold the steel to salvage businesses in Missouri and Illinois.
The investigation continues.
