Baldwin Intermediate students are taking charge against bullying as the "Take Charge" program kicks off another semester.
Wednesday afternoon, dozens of girls learned about bullying, how to build healthy relationships, and how to gain confidence.
The program is sponsored by the Girl Scouts of America, Quanada, and Baldwin Intermediate.
The topic for Wednesday's discussion? Agents of Change.
"This idea is that they can make changes. They have the ability and the power to make changes at home, in their communities, at school, in any situation they are. So, it's about finding it within yourself and then putting that out there and being an agent in the world for a positive change," said JJ Magliocco, Violence Prevention Educator for Quanada.
The program continues every Wednesday for the next five weeks for girls in 4th, 5th, and 6th grade.
