Dozens of more jobs are being added in Keokuk with the construction of one of the largest McDonald's in the region.
Right now, crews are building the new restaurant at 14th and Main Street, that will be able to seat 120 people.
The new location will also feature 58 parking spots, more than triple the current capacity.
Customers say the new two lane drive through will make grabbing a quick bite easier.
"I think with the bigger drive through you won't have the hang up that you see out here right now coming off the street and trying to get through," said Terry Tinsley.
"This is congested right here really bad. I mean you could have an accident out here," said Lois Wagner.
The restaurant is expected to open in the beginning of April.
