KEOKUK, Ia. (WGEM) -
Two suspected meth cooks in Southeast Iowa face a combined 183 years in prison.
On Feb. 1, authorities pulled over 54-year-old Michael Westermeyer and 46-year-old Shawn Dill along 260th Avenue in Keokuk and reportedly found items used to make meth in the car.
The Lee County Narcotics Task Force then searched Westermeyer's home and allegedly found more evidence of a meth lab.
Westermeyer also faces charges of possession of a firearm by a felon.
