Local lawmakers host legislative roundtable discussion in Quincy

What are the main issues facing Illinois lawmakers this year? Area leaders held a roundtable discussion in Quincy Monday morning.

The Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce hosted State Senator John Sullivan and Representative Jil Tracy at the Oakley Lindsay Center.

Both lawmakers say pension reform is a top priority, and affects a lot of the other financial issues the state is dealing with.

Medicaid and Medicare were also a major point of discussion Monday morning.
