Keokuk woman accused of making meth with a child in the home

A Keokuk woman is accused of making meth with a child in the home.

Elisabeth Neil, 24, faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted.

The Lee County Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant at 819 Franklin and reportedly found items used to make meth.

The Department of Human Services is assisting in the investigation.
