QND Principal Mark McDowell speaks in the school library as Dreyer and Broemmer sign letters of intent with QU.QUINCY, IL. (WGEM) -- The future is now for dozens of area high school athletes when it comes to where they plan to call home this fall.
Sometimes the decision takes an athlete thousand of miles from home, in the case of QND soccer star Taylor Reis who's heading to England in a few months.
Sometimes the choice is made to stay a little closer to home.
This afternoon, QND's Nathan Dreyer and Lexie Broemmer both pledged Quincy University.
Dreyer will play soccer while Broemmer plans to tee it up with the Lady Hawks golf team.
