Businesses see big crowd on Valentine's Night

QUINCY, Ill. (WGEM) -

Couples throughout the Tri-States marked Valentine's Day with a romantic dinner Thursday night.  This is one of Tiramisu's busiest nights of the year, just behind New Year's Eve.  Owner Roberto Stellino says he sees more people splurging tonight with wine and dessert and says there's just a different atmosphere on Valentine's Night. 

 

"You can see a lot more flowers on the table and people are being more romantic and usually people don't fight and try to be good to each other," Stellino said. 

Stellino also said they had more than 300 reservations Thursday night.
