Lincoln County Sheriff's officials report the search is over for the missing Lincoln County woman.

According to Captain Mike Huffman, Jennifer Bogert was found dead in a creek bed not far from her home in Eolia around 7:45 Sunday morning. Deputies say Bogert apparently died from a self-inflicted wound. Investigators do not suspect foul play.

She had been missing since Friday.

Eolia is a rural town in Lincoln County, Missouri with a population of approximately 500 people.

Lincoln County Fire and Sheriff's officials conducted an air and ground search Friday night.

A ground search of mostly fields and wooded areas continued Saturday.
