It's an activity that can go on, no matter the weather. Dozen's of kids came to the 11th annual Bob O'Neal Junior Table Tennis Tournament Sunday afternoon. More than 40 kids ranging from 10 to 18 played numerous games before they were seeded for a single elimination tournament. Director Paul Shelor said this is one of many ways to get kids off the couch.
"It's a big push in the NBA to get kids to play 60 minutes a day and this is one more opportunity for kids to get off the couch to exercise and have a friendly competition one on one and not against a machine," Shelor said.
The winners for each division was Bryson Shelor, Noah Wilson, Malachi Lentz, and Corbin Frye.
