Snow emergency lifted in the city of Quincy

QUINCY, Ill. (WGEM) -

A snow emergency has been lifted for the City of Quincy.

Mayor John Spring decided to lift the emergency on Saturday morning.

Spring says he felt conditions were safe enough to lift the emergency status. 

Restrictions of the snow emergency status, such as no parking, have been removed.
