Hills in Hannibal causing headaches for drivers in the snow

Hannibal City Manager Jeff LaGarce says it's just too dangerous to be on the streets Thursday night.

He's already made the decision to close all city offices, other than emergency services, for Friday.

Hannibal is known for its hills, and they're causing havoc for drivers.

There are cars scattered all over the streets and ditches. We talked with some of those drivers who are having a hard time tonight.

"If you ain't got four wheel drive, then I'm sorry, you're not making it up it. And I've already pulled out people that are four wheel drive that just have street tires and they didn't make it," said Paul Saxbury.

"I don't think I'm going home tonight. My wife's waiting on me and the kids are, and I don't think I'm going into work tomorrow...news flash," said Bo Duffy.
