Kids, adults both enjoy Mark Twain Toy Show

An event for kids and big kids alike, the 28th Annual Mark Twain Toy Show was held Saturday at the Town and County Inn and Suites in Quincy.

The event showcased all kinds of collectible toys including agriculture, semi-trucks, sports cars and more.  People of all ages came out to see toys and one organizer says this can even be a learning experience for kids.

"It will show them the agricultural heritage. They'll get the see the old farm machinery, hear stories about how it was used, and what it took to farm back in the old days," said Dan Gard.

The show continues Sunday until 2 p.m. Admission is $3 for adults and free for kids 12 years and under.
