Quincy man arrested for fleeing police


A Quincy man is behind bars after fleeing from police.

According to the Quincy Police Department, Seth Mullins was arrested early Sunday morning after a brief chase with police.

Quincy Police say they recognized Mullins as having several outstanding warrants.

Officers say when they approached Mullins he drove away in his car, which would later stall.

A 16 year old juvenile at the scene was also taken into custody.

Mullins is currently in the Adams County Jail.
