Start-up companies as well as expansion of existing companies are eligible to enter.

There is no cost to participate in the competition. Each contestant must submit an entry form by April 1, 2013, and the first draft of their Business Plan to the Chamber by June 14.
A selection committee will review the plans, and up to five business plans will be invited to submit final drafts and make oral presentations in the final round.
