
The Mark Twain Boyhood Home & Museum has looked from within for its next executive director.
The museum announced Monday that current Curator Henry Sweets will take over the executive director role immediately.

He takes over for the former director Cindy Lovell, who took a position in Hartford, Conn.
Sweets has been a part of the museum for 35 years.
