Work to begin this summer on two bridges near Palmyra

PALMYRA, Mo. (WGEM) -

This summer, work will begin on two bridges near Palmyra: the MO 168 bridge over South River and the Route Z bridge over the North River.

MoDOT says the roads will be closed for up to 10 days during the projects.

An exact date for construction has not yet been set.

Repairs include hydro demolition of he top surface on the bridge decks and new concrete overlays.
