It's a workout that's almost too fun to be exercise - but it is.
Today the Quincy YMCA hosted a "Zumbathon" - a two hour calorie buster!
Dozens of women showed up for this Latin-dance inspired workout.
Instructors say that may enjoy Zumba because it's different than other traditional forms of exercise.
"We have a really good time! It's fun! If you're looking for fitness, or you're looking to lose weight, Zumba is the way to do it. You don't even feel like you're working out - it's just a party," said instructor Sherry Clingingsmith.
The Zumbathon was to raise money for the YMCA's Strong Kids campaign.
