"Sit Tight" Getting New Signage

Quincy aldermen decided to overrule a zoning board ordinance to allow a new business in town to construct signage.

Council members eventually cleared the way for the new "Sit Tight" store near 52nd and Broadway to add two 5x13 1/2 feet signs on the pole that overlooks Broadway.

This had originally gone against zoning ordinances because adding those signs exceeded the allotted space signage can have.
